Visits & Tours

Come see if Lehigh’s beautiful campus and thriving community is the place for you to call home—for the next four years and beyond.

Lehigh’s campus is stunning. We encourage you and your family to experience firsthand this extraordinary place and community.

Your visit is an important element of your college search. It is the opportunity for you and your family to get the "feel" of the institution – to experience the intangibles. With this in mind, our Group Information Sessions and Campus Tours go beyond the facts and figures available on our website and brochures to describe the student experience, highlighting aspects that are uniquely Lehigh.

And take extra time to explore Bethlehem’s eclectic South Side and quaint historic district.

If you require assistance to tour our campus, please contact the Office of Admissions at (610) 758-3100 prior to your arrival on campus. We would be more than happy to assist you.

ON-CAMPUS OPPORTUNITIES

INFORMATION SESSION AND CAMPUS TOUR

Group Information Sessions and Campus Tours are offered on select weekdays and a limited number of Saturdays throughout the year. Advance registration is required, no less than 24 hours before your visit. We will try our best to accommodate walk-in visitors, if we are able. We ask that you visit the Admissions Events Calendar for specifics dates, times and details on how to complete your registration.

In the Group Information Session, an Office of Admissions’ staff member will share stories about how our driven students are challenged, engaged and inspired by faculty mentors. Other topics covered include the flexible approach to education, the research opportunities and the value our community places on diversity and personal growth. The presentation will touch on the city of Bethlehem, the vibrant Lehigh Valley and the supportive Lehigh Family. Traditions, strong career placement and admissions and financial aid processes are also discussed.

Many topics and facilities that are particularly important to first-year students and their parents are included in the student-guided Campus Tour. Residence life, dining, extra-curricular activities, course workload, relationships with professors, and student support services are all discussed. Highlights of the tour of Asa Packer Campus include Linderman Library, an academic classroom, a residence hall and Zoellner Arts Center.

SPECIAL GROUPS

Campus tours and information sessions for groups of fifteen or more are offered Monday through Friday and are available to groups of students enrolled in 9th-12th grade. Groups should make arrangements by completing the online registration form at least three weeks prior to their visit to Lehigh. Group tours are only available on dates when regularly scheduled sessions and tours are happening. Please check the Admissions Events Calendar for these details.

Our aim is to provide the best campus visit experience to any student or group making the trip to explore our campus. On days that we anticipate a high volume of visitors or when our students are on break, we are unable to confirm any special group visits as we do not want to provide an experience that is less than our best. However, if your group is only able to visit Lehigh on a day listed as closed to special groups, please email admissions@lehigh.edu with details about your group and date you would like to visit and we will do our best to accommodate your request as our resources allow.
