Diversity & Inclusion

Reporting and Compliance

Behavior that conflicts with our goal of a campus climate of inclusive diversity is unacceptable. We encourage anyone who witnesses or knows of such actions to report it through one of the appropriate official channels.

Reporting Incidents

For complete information regarding the reporting of bias incidents, gender violence, sexual misconduct, sexual assault, and harassment, go to the website of the University’s Equal Opportunity Compliance Coordinator.

Compliance and Policies

An important part of Lehigh’s commitment to inclusive diversity is adherence to federal, state and local laws including Title IX, the Civil Rights Act, Equal Pay Act, Rehabilitation Act and the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act. The Office of the General Counsel is responsible for ensuring that Lehigh remains in compliance with these statutes. Below are links to the university’s relevant policies and notices.

Additional Resources

The website of the Equal Opportunity Compliance Coordinator maintains a comprehensive list of on and off campus based resources that provide support to individuals who experience or witness incidents of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, or sexual misconduct.
