Ph.D. in School Psychology Overview

The Ph.D. program in School Psychology at Lehigh University is fully accredited by the American Psychological Association and currently conditionally approved by the National Association of School Psychologists. This 28 course (minimum 84 credit) program provides individuals with the training and expertise necessary to serve as psychology professionals in school settings. Students in our degree programs complete coursework and field-based experiences that prepare them to apply critical skills for delivering evidenced-based practices to children and youth. Moreover, our programs operate from an ecological perspective. Students are well prepared to address the contextual influences on children’s educational achievement and health.
