The Office of Financial Aid is working remotely beginning March 18, 2020. We will continue to be available Monday through Friday from 8:15 a.m. – 4:45 p.m. to answer any questions you may have. If you have detailed questions about your financial aid award or eligibility, you may schedule a phone appointment with your financial aid counselor through our website.
Please note that there will be a delay in processing documents that are sent in via standard mail which may hold up the processing of your financial aid application. During this time, we strongly encourage you to submit any requested documents electronically using our LUFileSender tool.

The LU FileSender is a secure location that you can use to electronically submit information to the Office of Financial Aid. You should not submit the same document more than once. Allow 5-7 business days after submission of materials for the documents to be marked as received. If you submit a document and it does not show that it is received on your checklist after 7 business days, contact our office to determine if you should resubmit the document.
