Christmas-Saucon Hall

Christmas-Saucon Hall/Annex houses the Department of Mathematics and classrooms. Christmas Hall is the University’s oldest building. In 1872, Saucon Hall was constructed a few feet to the east of Christmas Hall. The buildings were connected with the construction of a "hyphen" in 1926.

Chandler-Ullmann Hall

Chandler-Ullmann Hall houses the Department of Art, Architecture and Design and the Department of Psychology, as well as a variety of studio spaces and cognitive, developmental and social psychology laboratories.

Carothers House (Centennial II)

Each building houses 44-54 first-year students. Most of the rooms are doubles with a few triples and quads that feature private bathrooms. All buildings are co-ed alternating rooms with single-gender bathroom facilities. Each student has a desk, desk chair, bookshelf, bed, dresser, medicine cabinet with mirror and a closet.

A multifunction area is located on the first floor of each building and features a TV room, game room, two study areas and a kitchen.

Houses University Business Services and the Office of Purchasing Services.
University Business Services (UBS) provides management, business practices, stewardship of facilities and other business services necessary to support the University.
The Office of Purchasing Services, a.k.a. the “Purchasing Department,” is the University’s central purchasing organization responsible for the acquisition of all equipment, services and supplies.
