Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer are the preferred browsers to use when uploading to LU FileSender.

In some cases if you are using Google Chrome or Apple Safari you will have an error message appear once you select "Drop off Files." In these browsers, after you select "Drop off Files" a pop-up screen appears asking if you want to leave the page and warning that the drop-off will be abandoned if you leave the page. You should select the “Leave the Page” option. The browser is trying to take you to the confirmation page because your upload was successful. If you select “Stay on the Page,” your upload will not actually complete. If you have already clicked through this pop-up and are currently looking at the loading status bar, simply refresh the page, upload the file again, and click "Leave this Page" when the pop-up appears.
