Stabler Arena and Convocation Center

Stabler Arena is home to Lehigh basketball and hosts wrestling matches on occasion. Named in memory of his parents by Trustee Emeritus Donald B. Stabler, class of 1930, the arena seats 5,600 fans and also holds local area high school graduations and many entertainment activities, including concerts, ice shows, antique shows, auto shows, the circus, corporate meetings, technology fairs and conventions.

Smiley House (Centennial I)

Each student has a desk, desk chair, bookshelf, bed, dresser, medicine cabinet with mirror and a closet.

The first floor features a multifunction area with a large TV room, game room, a study area and kitchen. Laundry facilities and a vending area are centrally located within the complex.

Sinclair Laboratory

Sinclair Laboratory is one of the University’s main research centers. It includes the Center for Optical Technologies, the International Materials Institute for Glass Forming and an electron spectrometer for chemical analysis (ESCA), one of 10 in the world.

Sherman Fairchild Center for the Physical Sciences

The Sherman Fairchild Center for the Physical Sciences houses classrooms and laboratories for undergraduate and graduate students in physics, faculty offices and a 260-seat auditorium. The complex includes Lewis Laboratory, the original five-story stone structure, the Sherman Fairchild Laboratory for Solid-State Studies and the Oberkotter Auditorium and research laboratories.
