Innovation and Leadership Residency program kick off

Any successful entrepreneur will tell you – it’s not just about the idea, it’s about communicating your ideas and selling them effectively.
Lehigh students considering a future in entrepreneurship are invited to the Fall 2009 Innovation and Leadership Residency (ILR) kick-off, scheduled for 6:30-8:30 p.m. on September 3 at the Victory Firehouse, located at 205 Webster Street in Bethlehem.
This event, hosted by Lehigh’s Enterprise Systems Center, Originate Ventures, and OpenCourt, will introduce interested Lehigh students to the mentors and entrepreneurs associated with the ILR.

The 2008-2009 ILR students

The 2008 ILR program is designed to engage and immerse students in the world of entrepreneurship and business creation, and provides an opportunity for participants to engage in the mindset and professional activities of future business leaders. Students involved in this program learn about analyzing, creating and nurturing business opportunities – and the all-important pitching of ideas to investors.
Please visit the ILR Web site for more information on the kick-off event or the program itself.
