Q. Do faculty need to RSVP?
A. Kindly RSVP to the Office of University Events by May 14 at email@example.com or (610) 758-4682. Please provide your name, department, phone number, and/or email address.
Q. Where do faculty park? Do they need a parking pass?
A. Faculty parking will be in the lot off College Drive (formerly Seidersville Road) to the north of the stadium. You should pick up your parking permit from any of the four Dean's offices. Plan accordingly for traffic delays.
Q. Where do the faculty assemble, and at what time?
A. The academic procession will assemble in the area between the Stadium House and the back of the mainstage tent at the north end of the stadium at 9:30 a.m. The processional begins at 10:00 a.m. sharp!
Q. Is regalia required for faculty to process?
A. Yes, all faculty members processing must be wearing academic regalia for the ceremony. If you do not arrive in your academic regalia, you may robe in Room 105 at the Stadium House.
