4 December 2003 - Bulletin
Date: 4 December 2003
To: Lehigh University Community
From: Roland Yoshida
Subject: Adverse Weather Conditions
Once again we are entering the winter season, and a review of Lehigh's procedures for adverse weather conditions is warranted. If weather conditions become hazardous overnight, a determination will be made by 6:30 a.m. as to whether or not a change in the opening of the University will be made. Please listen to (610) 758-NEWS or your local TV/radio stations for the latest updates. Potentially dangerous weather conditions that develop during the day should be reported to Ron Yoshida, Provost at 83605 or Tony Corallo, Facilities Services and Campus Planning at 83970 for their review. Notification of a decision to close will come from the Offices of the President and Provost to offices across campus. Colleges, departments and sub-units are not authorized to independently make a decision to close their units.
