An Evolving Campus

SouthSide Commons, a new five-story student living facility, rises at Brodhead and Packer avenues, while the historic Chandler-Ullmann Hall undergoes a major renovation. The projects are included in Lehigh’s expansive infrastructure initiative as part of the Path to Prominence.

SouthSide Commons will house 400-plus students in two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments and studio apartments.

Chandler-Ullmann’s renovation will highlight its heritage while providing contemporary academic space for the College of Arts and Sciences psychology and mathematics departments.
