Lehigh sets tuition rate for upcoming academic year

Lehigh University’s Board of Trustees recently approved tuition and fee increases for the upcoming 2013-2014 academic year.

In recognition of the continuing challenging economic climate, the university’s Board has approved the undergraduate tuition increase of 3.1 percent for the second year in a row. This is expected to be among the lowest tuition increases at colleges and universities across the country.

For the upcoming academic year, tuition will increase by $1,300, from $41,920 to $43,220. The total cost of attending Lehigh as an undergraduate, including tuition, typical room and board charges, and the undergraduate technology fee, will be approximately $55,080.

The university remains committed to the prudent management of our resources while offering our students an extraordinary educational experience.

Lehigh is also committed to providing financial assistance to students in need. Families receiving or applying for financial aid and families whose circumstances have changed can find information on available programs on the Lehigh Admissions website at www.lehigh.edu/financialaid.
