You can come home again

Whether you attended Lehigh last year or 50 years ago, we invite you back to campus to celebrate Homecoming Weekend on Oct. 22-24.

Homecoming offers the chance to experience a quintessential fall weekend at Lehigh. For starters, the drive back “home” to Lehigh will be great because you simply can’t beat the feeling of wind flying through your hair from an open car window, some good tunes on the stereo and the glorious autumn reds, yellows and orange leaves on display.

Once you’re here, there’s plenty to do, beginning with the annual Founder’s Day celebration on Oct. 22, immediately followed by a Friday pep rally at the newly opened STEPS Building to get you pumped up for Saturday’s game against Bucknell.

Homecoming Weekend allows you to spend the weekend reliving your Lehigh days. Throw on your comfy Lehigh sweatshirt, enjoy the alumni tailgate and then cheer on Andy Coen’s squad against Bucknell as you listen to the Marching 97s’ play “Rearing, Tearing” and other favorites.

Homecoming Weekend is also Young Alumni Reunion Weekend, which offers recent Lehigh grads a special opportunity to reconnect, rediscover, and renew your ties to friends and Lehigh. After the game, join hundreds of other young alumni at Starter’s Riverport for the Brown & White Bash.

If coming back for Homecoming Weekend doesn’t fit into your plans, there are two other October football games at Goodman Stadium—Oct. 9 vs. Fordham and Oct. 30 vs. Colgate—for you to come back and enjoy the campus at the height of its autumnal beauty.

If you can’t make it to South Mountain, be sure to become a fan of our Facebook page to view photos, videos, updates and more—just another way we are working to keep you connected!
