The Ombuds Office of Lehigh University promises that we will not reveal the identity of anyone who has contacted our office or why. At the discretion of the Ombuds Office and only with the permission of the visitor will the Ombuds Office discuss the matters brought forward with anyone else.
The only exception to this rule occurs in circumstances of illegal behavior (including harassment and/or discrimination), physical danger, or similar emergency. In such cases, the Ombuds Office will act as confidentially as possible.
